Anthony "Bobby' Ndu, MD, MBA is a board certified orthopedic surgeon that serves as Orthopedic foot and ankle fellowship director in the department of Orthopeics at Penn Medicine. Dr. Ndu was born in Nigeria but grew up iin Newark, NJ. After graduating from Union College in Schenectady, NY, Dr. Ndu attended Medical School at Yale University and also acquired an MBA from the Yale School of Manangement. He stayed at Yale for his residency and then completed his fellowship in foot and ankle reconstruction at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Ndu spent several years at Albert Einstein Medical Center providing care to the underserved before returnng to Penn in 2021
Dr. Ndu treats a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including everything from sports ankle injuries to hammer toes to ankle replacements. He has a particular clinical interest in minimally invasive surgery to treat bunions, hammer toes, crossover toes, Achilles tendinitis, and other conditions. He has a diverse practice, treating patients of all ages, from teens through older adults.
